If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 60-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our premium winter wear is built to last, but we understand that sometimes sizing can be tricky or a product may not meet your expectations. We're here to make it right.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label for domestic orders. Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, we'll ship your new item as soon as we receive the return.

Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We understand that you need to try on clothing to check the fit, but items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage cannot be accepted for return. Boots must be returned with the original box and any accessories included. Accessories such as beanies and scarves are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund at our expense. Our quality control team inspects every item before shipping, but we acknowledge that occasionally issues can occur during manufacturing or transit.

Special Circumstances

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not cash refunds. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect. International orders are eligible for returns, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Gift recipients may exchange items for different sizes or receive store credit.

Leather Boot Care in Winter Conditions

Your TORO DENIM leather boots are treated with water-resistant coatings at the factory, but harsh winter conditions require regular maintenance to keep them looking great and performing well. Salt, snow, and ice are leather's worst enemies—they can cause drying, cracking, and permanent staining if not addressed promptly. After each wear in snowy or salty conditions, wipe down your boots with a damp cloth to remove salt residue, then allow them to dry naturally away from direct heat sources.

Every two to three weeks during heavy winter use, apply a quality leather conditioner to keep the material supple and prevent cracking. For waterproofing, we recommend using a silicone-free leather protector spray—silicone can clog leather pores and actually reduce breathability over time. Store your boots on cedar shoe trees when not in use; the cedar absorbs moisture and helps maintain the boot's shape. Avoid storing wet boots in closed spaces without proper ventilation.

Wool Overcoat Maintenance

Wool is a remarkable natural fiber that's naturally water-resistant and can regulate temperature in both cold and mild conditions. Your TORO DENIM wool overcoat is crafted from premium heavy-weight wool and should last for many winters with proper care. The key to wool maintenance is minimal washing—wool fibers are naturally antibacterial and odor-resistant, so hanging your coat to air out after wear is usually sufficient. Brush your wool coat regularly with a soft clothes brush to remove dust and keep the fibers aligned.

When cleaning becomes necessary, dry cleaning is the safest option for wool overcoats. If you prefer to spot clean at home, use cold water and a mild wool-safe detergent, gently dabbing (never rubbing) the affected area. Never put wool in a washing machine or dryer—heat and agitation cause irreversible shrinkage and felting. For storage during off-season, clean the coat first, then store in a breathable garment bag with cedar blocks to deter moths. Avoid plastic covers which trap moisture.

Sherpa and Denim Jacket Care

Our sherpa-lined denim jackets combine rugged denim exteriors with plush sherpa fleece lining for maximum warmth and style. The denim shell can handle machine washing, but the sherpa lining requires gentler treatment. Wash your jacket inside-out in cold water on a delicate cycle with mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can mat the sherpa fibers and reduce the lining's insulating properties.

Tumble dry on low heat for about 10 minutes to fluff the sherpa, then hang to complete drying. Never use high heat or over-dry, as this can shrink the denim and damage the sherpa. To restore flattened sherpa, brush gently with a soft brush after drying. Raw denim enthusiasts: note that our flannel-lined jeans feature raw selvedge denim that will fade beautifully with wear. For maximum personalized fading, wait 6 months before first wash, then cold wash inside-out and hang dry.
